Terms & Conditions.

By using this website, you recognise that the following terms and conditions apply to any interaction you make with the site superseding any other terms or conditions. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept our terms and conditions as the sole set of conditions applying to the contract.

Any invoice request that is raised via communication with any of our social media outlets or other webstores are also bound by these terms and conditions. Invoice requests will be raised for any custom or personalised items that are not available via this website or our other webstores and should be paid within 3 working days or we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Postage options

Please select the correct postage option for your order, if the incorrect option is selected then the order may be cancelled or an invoice will be sent for the remaining postage costs before the order is processed.

If the order contains more than 1 type of product then please select the option that is most relevent to the order eg 10x free standing items and 1 x Dream catcher then please select the Freestanding option. 

Delivery and Design requests

We accept no liability for any delays beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to; couriers delay, postal service delay, stock availability issues and cutter malfunctions. All dispatch times are an estimate only and can vary during busy times such as Mothers day, Fathers day, Christmas etc.

Stock items - We aim to ship stock items within 7-10 working days after we received cleared payment. This can vary at busy times and all times are an estimate only.

Bespoke items - We aim to design & cut bespoke orders within 10-14 working days after we received cleared payment. This can vary at busy times and all times are an estimate only.

Our prommise - We prommise to replace any items that get lost in the post aslong as a recorded delivery option is selected. If recorded deleivery is not selected we will provide you with proof of postage to help you track your order with Royal Mail.

Damaged items - If you receive your order and it is damaged we require photographic evidence, once received we will resend the damaged goods asap. We require any damaged items to be reported no later than 24 hours of you receiving the order.

Design requests - All design requests that we undertake become the property of Dottysltd.co.uk unless we agree prior to the design work being undertaken. We reserve the rights to sell these designs without limitations and we can advertise items using photographs that we may take of the item without prior consent.


Refund Policy – bespoke – Due to our production and design processes, all bespoke sales are final, and we are unable to provide refunds.

Refund Policy -  non- bespoke - We accept returns on non-bespoke products providing they are returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must arrive with us in the condition that we supplied them in. We will refund the purchase price on non-bespoke items, minus a 25% re-stocking fee. Return delivery is to be paid by the customer.

Pricing & Payment.

Dotty's Design Studio (Dottysltd.co.uk) reserve the right to change prices listed on physical or digital publicity materials without prior notice. Any Dotty's Design Studio (Dottysltd.co.uk) price lists do not constitute part of a legal contract.
Dottysltd.co.uk  quotes apply for 30 days from the date of their supply. After 30 days, clients should request an updated quote for any goods or services required.

Payment - We accept payment via PayPal.


Consumer rights to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000
If you are acting as a consumer (i.e. not entering into a transaction for business purposes), and purchasing via mail/telephone/website order, you have a right to cancel your purchase within seven working days of the day after the date of delivery, and to return any unused item for a refund. These rights do not apply to perishable goods, or bespoke/personalised goods. For example, you do not have the right to a refund on items made to your size/colour/logo or any other specification. To cancel an order you must e-mail us. Have your invoice number to hand Goods must be returned unused, and you must take reasonable care of them. Return goods to us at Unit 20 Pinfold industrial estate, Buckley, Flintshire, CH73PL. Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, you must return them to us at your own expense. In the event that goods are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the return delivery charge on receipt of the items. If we arrange collection of unwanted goods, we will deduct courier charges from your refund. Once items have been returned in an unused condition, with all parts and accessories present, we will supply a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel.
